Run Demo

This guide will assist you in running the Nyra-Agent demo. The demo provides a web-based interface that allows you to interact with the Nyra-Agent. The orchestration of the demo site is predefined and cannot be modified.

Run demo from pre-built Docker image

The simplest way to run the demo is by using the pre-built Docker image. This image includes the latest version of the Nyra-Agent and the demo. The project’s Docker Compose file already references the pre-built image, so you can begin by following the steps in the getting started guide.

Once the setup is complete, you will need to execute an additional command to switch the graph folder to the demo folder.

task use AGENT=agents/examples/demo

Once finished, you can access the demo by opening the browser and navigating to http://localhost:3002.

Run demo from source code

To run the Nyra-Agent demo directly from the source code, open a new terminal and navigate to the directory where you cloned the Nyra-Agent repository. Then, follow the steps outlined below to set up and launch the demo environment:

# Change to the demo directory
cd demo

# Install dependencies
pnpm install

# Start the demo
pnpm dev

Once the demo is started, you can access it by opening the browser and navigating to http://localhost:3001.

Note: The demo depends on the GoLang web server (located in server directory). The web server will start when you run task run command in the container after you follow the steps in the getting started guide.
